In order to ensure your satisfaction and because our products care about your health, used or opened products will not be returned for your safety. Damaged products will be returned or the full amount will be refunded to your account. You can also return hardware products provided that they have not been used or opened and are in their original condition as received from Karaza store.
Terms and conditions of the return and exchange policy:
- The customer has the right to return or exchange damaged products within 3 days of the date of receiving the order.
- The refund will be processed after the product arrives at our warehouse and its condition is verified, then the refund will be processed according to the method used during payment.
